IT Business Analyst required by an international logistics firm to be based at their UK offices in Liverpool, on a 50/50 hybrid basis. They’re seeking a meticulously organised, curious, problem seeking and solution orientated IT Business Analyst to work on specific areas of the global business, focused on full life cycle business improvements from the initial requirement signoff to rollout, training and support.
An excellent salary of between £40,000 to £50,000 is available, depending on experience, together with an outstanding benefits package that includes a 15-30% bonus scheme, 27 days holiday, a 12% contributory private pension, healthcare, income protection insurance, onsite city centre parking and expensed formal training and education.
Day to day, as the IT Business Analyst, you’ll be identify, analyse, and validate business system/process requirements, with a particular focus on the bespoke Warehouse Management System (WMS). You’ll work closely with key stakeholders and users in sprints to scope, document, design, test, project manage, and rollout authorised changes, and them support and train accordingly.
The right IT Business Analyst will have a proven track record as a technical BA with experience developing software, with a positive, engaging and flexible attitude. Any experience of logistics and WMS would be advantageous. Possessing exceptional communication skills is truly essential. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate initiative, autonomy and creative thinking. Technically, IT Infrastructure and SQL knowledge would be really handy.
